Plum and Marzipan Tarte Tatin

This colorful dessert is a clever twist on classic French Tarte Tatin. The sugar-sweet chunks of molten marzipan harmonize beautifully with the sharp fruity plums. Add some ice cream or double cream and you have a symphony of flavors in one bite.
